Land 5 acres allotted by AP state Govt.

Infrastructure before covering under public private partnership scheme :

• Two Buildings with a built up area of 783 sq. mtrs.
• Two Separate toilets blocks for both Girls and Boys.
• Water tank in the backyard of ITI Buildings.

Infrastructure after covering under public private partnership scheme :

• Repairs done to the old building with a cost of 16.5 lakhs as they were damaged and found not fit to run the Institute.
• Water Tank expanded as per the future requirement of water and the total expenditure for expansion met by the Dr. Balakrishnamraju - chairman.
• Constructed two new building with a built up area of nearly 14000 sft by spending 1.2 crore (Which include repairs cost of old buildings) from the loan amount of Rs.2.5Crore. In Addition the funds available from loan amount we have mobilized donations from the donors and created state-of-the-Art Infrastructure facilities like : Class Rooms, Labs, Office Room, Counseling hall, Conference Hall with 250 seating capacity and audio and video equipment.
• Exclusive library facility.
• Exclusive AC Computer Lab.
• Exclusive Canteen building with modern facilities
• Internal Cement roads
• R.O Plant with 250 Liters Capacity per Hour
• Gardens
• C.C Cameras
• Internet Facility etc.
