About Us

The GOVERNMENT INDUSTRIAL TRAINING INSTITUTE BHIMAVARAM was established in 1990 with an objective to ensure a steady flow of skilled workers in different trades for the Industry. The Institute aims to raise the quality and quantity of industrial production by systematic training of workers, produce world class work force to the needs of the global Industry and reduce unemployment among the educated youth by equipping them for suitable industrial employment. Govt I.T.I bhimavaram was established in the year 1990 as Girls I.T.I with four trades and six Units. Initially it was run in a rented buildings till 2001 and shifted to the own buildings constructed in a land allotted to the Institute.
