- New Trades like Diesel Mechanic, Motor Mechanic to be introduced by 2016-17.
- Video Conferencing facility to be Provided in ITI to have direct link with Industry and to offer on line teaching and training to the students o f all the trades by the subject expects and trade specialists from industry.
- To build hostel facility by 2016-17.
- To build Exclusive manufacturing and serviocing center provide practical training to the students and to offer quality services to the local public at a cheaper price, generate revenue to the Institute and part of the revenue will be shared to the students and associates in the activity.

- To build open auditorium.
- To conduct annual sports & Cultural events at District level initially and state level in Future
- To Conduct Trade Test Competitions at state level to Encourage and Identify Talent.
- To create Customized Labs and provide Training as per the requirement of the Industry.
- To take up Job works to generate revenue.
- To conduct state & Regional level workshop at the Institute on various subjects related to vocational Education to help the Govt to take right policies.
- To run the Institute in two shifts in future to offer short term medium and long term courses to the local public.
