The Govt. ITI Bhimavaram IMC Society is the first IMC Society got registrations under all the applicable statutes like :
  1. Registered as a society under societies registration act. Registration No. 187 / 2008, Registrar of Societies Bhimavaram, W.G. Dist. A.P.
  2. Registered u/s 12AA of income tax act 1961.
  3. Exempted u/s 80 (G) of income tax act 1961. ( Reg. No.: F.No.HQVS 11/1/80(G) /CIT/RJY/2011-12 Com. Of Income Tax RJY).
  4. Registered under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act Registration No. 010180266 dated 22.02.2012.
